With Superb biocompatibility, Daxan-HydroSAFE hydrophilic coating can be divided into two types:
Solvent based hydrophilic coating is our major coating product with excellent durable adherence on various substrates, from normal materials PVC, TPU, latex, metal, Pebax to special materials like silicone rubber, PE, PP, and PTFE.
Water based hydrophilic coating is developed so as to deal with the materials which demand high transparency while can easily be eroded by solvent, such as PC, PS and PMMA. The coating also has good adherence with many substrates and is more environmentally-friendly.
Antibacterial coating service:
Based on our hydrophilic coating system, we develop our original antibacterial coating by molecular modification of hydrophilic polymer, which is different from the regular silver ion containing coating system.
